Great company to work with, mostly because they are super responsive. I had a company who used to come every three months but then they just stopped showing up. I called another company, had an appointment for cleaning, and they never showed and never called. When I emailed Solar Maintenance Pros, I got a call five minutes later. We agreed to cleaning and the paperwork was emailed a few hours later. Reminder email that they were coming, invoice emailed after they were done. All very professional and my panels look great. Happy customer! Because of the new net metering stuff the wait was a bit before installation. Having said that, the communication on updates and what was next was outstanding.
